Oxjam Festival event showcases Sheffield independents

This Sunday, the city’s creative talents will unite in aid of Oxfam for what promises to be an explosive display of Sheffield’s independent fashion, design and music.

Local artists will combine their talents for the Vestire Fashion Evening, showcasing a handful of Sheffield’s independent fashion businesses, musicians and designers, with all proceeds going to Oxfam.

During the month of October, the Oxjam Music festival happens across the UK to raise money to fight poverty and suffering around the world.

This year Sheffield hosted numerous Oxjam events, including a Battle of the Bands and the Oxjam Sheffield Takeover Festival, a three day celebration of local soloists, bands and DJs in Sheffield’s music scene at venues along Division Street.
